Chiara Veronesi is a Law Clerk with Hudson Martin PC, where she focuses on business law and business transactions, including contract negotiation and drafting, intellectual property, and entity formation. Ms. Veronesi also supports the estates and trust practice at Hudson Martin PC. Born and raised in Italy, she received Bachelor’s Degrees in both International Relations and in Spanish from California State University, Chico in 2019, summa cum laude. In 2023, Ms. Veronesi earned her Juris Doctor from UC Davis School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Veronesi was a Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the UC Davis Law Review, and President of the Business Law Society and the King Hall International Law Association. She received a Reynoso Academic Excellence Award for her success in Wine and the Law, and a Reynoso Academic Achievement Award for the course International Business Transactions. Chiara is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
