Nevin joined Hudson Martin, PC in 2020. Nevin specializes in a variety of practice areas, including civil business litigation, labor and employment, wills and trust litigation, conservatorships, family law, land use, and landlord-tenant.
Nevin obtained his law degree from UC Hastings College of Law in 2004. While studying for the Bar exam, Nevin moved to the Monterey Bay and fell in love with the area. Shortly after passing the bar exam, Nevin opened his own law practice focused on a variety of practice areas, including civil litigation, family law, guardianships, conservatorships, and restraining orders.
Nevin is admitted to the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California. In 2016 Nevin was certified as Lead Counsel Rated by LawInfo, a Thomson Reuters business.
